Miso soup of the day: Homemade Instant Miso Soup 2

December is a busy month for everyone… here’s a super time-saver miso soup recipe!

  1. Boil water.
  2. Add a tea spoonful of miso paste, some dried sakura shrimps and dried wakame seeweeds in a bowl.
  3. Pour hot water and stir well.img_3126

That’s it! Dried sakura shrimps will add a good flavor, so you don’t even have to add dashi (soup stock).
